Location: Yukon Street and W 48th Avenue, Vancouver, BC

The Yukon Tower project proposes rezoning for a 23-storey rental residential building, FSR 6.5, designed to provide 276 rental units of which 20% will be below-market rental housing. The project is under the Transit-Oriented Area (TOA) framework, supporting density in close proximity to transit options. The building’s height is 68.48 meters to the top of the residential floors and 82.30 meters to the top of the parapet.
