Norm's professional journey commenced in 1993 after he graduated from the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) with a degree in architectural technology. His passion for architecture and design led him to join several prestigious architectural firms, where he honed his expertise across a diverse range of projects. With a focus on multi-family residences, high-rise buildings, mixed-use developments, and commercial structures, Norm has cultivated a deep understanding of the complexities involved in architectural design and construction.

Throughout his career, Norm has served as a trusted job captain, known for his attention to detail and hands-on approach to project management. From the initial stages of negotiating with municipal authorities to the final phases of contract administration, Norm remains actively engaged, ensuring that each project meets the highest standards of quality and compliance.

As the technical lead at SKKArchitecture, Norm plays a pivotal role in overseeing the drafting team and driving the production of deliverables. Norm collaborates closely with Soheil to develop comprehensive project plans and strategies.
